Private apartment rental

Where is the best place to look for/book a private apartment in Dublin (not a chain or permanently maned place).

We're looking at renting an apartment for a bit of group fun and would be grateful if anyone could offer any advice on this, we're looking for somewhere discreet not maned with staff/private.

Thanks

Booking.com also I booked one through Fairview services apartments this week you don’t actually meet the company at all. All done remotely I got a 2bed apt for €129 for the night.

Only thing is they charge €135 safety damage deposit but that’s refunded in 2 days other places charge €200

Key collection also are great like that but the deposit is per person booked. Once you’ve met got the keys you don’t see them again

maybe a stupid question, but how do you go about getting keys for the place if you dont have any face to face contact with the owners/managers? Tia

Some places have keys already there

The give you a code to release the keys - and more times than not there’s a camera there so they see you getting keys

Friends has it for place

Let's home places named don't find out from a public forum that their apartments are being used for swingers parties as they might tighten up their policies etc it happened to a well known place in Dublin that after a while put security on the doors of the apartments and would only allow 4 people up to the apartments.
