The best advice I can give is to stick it out. Everyone starts from zero and every day you stick with it is progress.

It’s completely worth it. It’s great for the mind, as you always feel awesome after it. You’ll look back at the end of it and be amazed with the results.

Best of luck

Don’t try to go too heavy too soon.

Give your body a chance to get used to moving after not doing much for ages.

Keep well hydrated before/after training.

Supplement with magnesium as it helps with muscle pain.

And like someone else said.. stick it out.

(Take pics in underwear as your before pics, you’ll be delighted you did!)

Best of luck!

Best advice anyone can give you is just be persistent... and trust the process of it !! Some days you wont feel as good as others its natural but by the time that 12 week mark comes and you look back at the change it will all be so worth it.. best of luck

I’d say my best advise for you is your diet has to be on point. Also take a recovery supplement like a bcaa drink before or during the workout. Make sure you’re drinking at least 2.5litres per day!

Just go for it tbh.

When I am at my fittest I am constantly groaning from the pain of my muscles as I stretch or turn to do stuff in the house.

Most people in the gym are trying to get themselves wrecked, are trying to leave the gym in pain. People will vomit from their workouts etc.

Ignore people in the gym who stand around and dont work up a sweat. Cause trust me, anyone with who has a body that is fit, that you want, went through years of pain for it.

The good news is, you get used to the pain and it changes from a pain to a dull ache, and your mood will improve as you improve and soon you don't actually mind it at all, you miss it if its not there cause it makes you feel lazy.
