Its probably easier to get a passport in someone else's name

Really? Rules like what? I have only been aware of the request to be verified and to keep the venue quiet once invited. There are also organisers who don't request that you are vetified to attend

Verified, site supporters, face pics, must never have had a speeding ticket, must never have "quack quacked" when passing ducks, must be able to put your left leg in, take your left leg out and shake it all about!

Going to be a lot of disappointed people..."

Last one was open to all then 3 days into the post they replied with "sorry its only for couples", then a week before status was up looking only for 2 couples as can't accommodate any more. There's a few in this thread who were in that one too so no conjecture here.
