Fab can be frustrating; But.......

Ok so yes - guys send lots of messages and women receive hundreds every day so it can be hard to get through. Then once you do , it can be message ping pong for god knows how long interspersed with a “coffee meet” if you’re lucky. But then the other night, a newbie pops up , quite late at night. I send a welcome to fab message, and a few personal details and low and behold get a reply. 6 or 7 messages later, were talking about meeting after she asked me what I would do to her if we met . Horned up , she mentioned car sex then pretty soon she just gave me her address when I said beds were better for what I wanted to do to her . Twenty minutes later I was at her door - no coffee, no pics swap, none of that. And then it was straight down to business for a few rounds of erotic sex. Isn’t that what fab should be all about ?. And no, I’m not telling you her username lol

Corky- she asked not to be verified ( said she prefers to pick and choose guys without the need for veris). I think guys need at least some veris to get anywhere on here. But women can pick and be choosey and don’t really need veris - well maybe 1 to get started perhaps . But I respect her wishes. Wish there was more respect on fab

New to the forum - just thought I’d share - didn’t know there was that category so just posted it on Ireland forum. I could relate it there too as my experience I suppose. As a story , not a fantasy.

Thanks toxic. I’ve got no reason to invent this - I just thought I’d share my experience. I’m not surprised in the least by the responses. As for veris, you just have to laugh when people say that if you don’t have or leave a veri then a meet didn’t take place- lol. Really !? Lol

I was on the site 6 months before I would let anyone verify me. I didn't get the need for advertising who you had been with. I allowed my first verification in order to attend parties as you had to be verified. I view that time as me adjusting to the site and finding my feet. It does happen.

How people fab is their business as I said on the other thread.

I will also say this having come and gone off site, resetting up your profile as a newbie... you get hounded by single males. Some are extremely pushy and it's mostly the only time I have experienced recieving abuse. That first week can be daunting for some, take it easy on both sides I say...guys go easy, ladies find your feet.

What you did was very risky and put your safety at risk as you could have been walking into anything. Without a verification or any pics swapped you may have been walking into a precarious situation such as maybe a gang r@pe on you or a mugging or maybe she could have been some kind of psycho. You can never be too careful even if male, and especially if female.

On the other hand she also took a huge risk as you could have been anybody. Luckily on this occasion it turned out to be a straightforward meet but what will happen when she gives out her address to some nutjob.

I know of women on here who have given their address out only after chatting for a while and getting to know some persons on here only for them to then turn up at their homes at later stages, d*unk and uninvited.

Yes, Fab is all about the fun but safety should and must always always come first.

Well for her;at least I had some verifications . But what none of you know is that her location was totally safe for both parties. That was a big factor. Without going into huge detail , there was no public access without something having to happen, and there was CCTV , lighting and other security features. It certainly was not a dimly lit house down a deserted country lane . I understand concerns and I’m not saying this is a perfect template for a meet ; just relating a story whereby the sometimes painful multiple layers of stuff that sometimes acts out to get to a meet stage can sometimes be refreshingly circumvented . Plus , I can spot spoofers, fakes and timewasters from a veritable mile as this place is packed full of em. If it’s not for you; don’t do it, simple as . Keep to your tried and trusted chatting for weeks, swapping pics ( if you are lucky enough to get one even when promised ), go on your multiple coffee meets and see you in 2 months time . Pretty horny (not)

If that doesn't suit others then it's a strong indicator that they are not suitable. Slightly touched. I believe the OP first of all but secondly, and personally, I wouldn't meet up in those circumstances. Not the veri thing but many nut jobs and you'd never know what could go wrong.

Plus I kind of prefer a woman who cares for their own safety rather than taking insane chances like that. Glad it worked out for them though.

Pretty much spot on but the sort with cctv in car park, a caretaker, cctv on each floor and the lift . Plus she saw me walk from my car to the buzzer so all in all pretty safe

This and also for privacy reasons. I don't like giving or recieving unless the person really needs it. I really think there should be options to refuse to leave or recieve them for whatever reasons.
