Definitely reasonable to ask them to contribute to cost. Helps guarantee attendance.

Go into PayPal for details. I don't know how, sorry.

Hi doll . Create a paypal account through paypal.com. They must log into their own paypal and chose to send money option . They send it then by typing in your email address that you used to setup your paypal . If you want that money deposited into your bank account after that you have to upload your bank details to paypal and then deposit it through the website . Usually takes a day or two x

You need to set up an account with paypal, you need an email address, a credit card and a bank account that you can have confirmed - so you can send requests for payment and then send the receipts to your bank account. It's a bit long-winded to set up - but works a treat for irregular payments.

Top-Tip - manage the payments as gifts - not as business receipts - saves some commission issues.

A visa debit card will suffice also

There has been some new feature advertised on paypal when you log in the last few weeks which sounds like exactly what you are trying to do. I don't know the details but it was something to do with people(as a group) combining their funds to pay for a birthday party.

Just goto paypal and have a look.
