cavan town

This is contovercial, and I will accept my punishment if I get banned for a few days for saying it but I don't get the whole superquin sausage thing. Small, thin, skin is like gristle and tasteless compared to A lot of others ...... there I've said it

hard to beat straight from the butchers. Better quality and better variety

Butchers Daughter Made in Cashel Co. Tipperary by Una O’Dwyer... absolutely superb - normal or flavoured amazing ...

2nd place for me the more commercial Hodgins ... 80% pork and made in small enough batches in cork apparently ...

Dunboyne & Dublin

Hafners or Superquinn. Hard to beat.

The Clonakilty black pudding ones could be gorgeous if they reduced the salt content!

Never rated them either, was expecting great things and left underwhelmed.
