Would be set in a country manor. Boutique styled bedrooms...large area to meet and greet but with very discrete security. Would make it a subscription establishment to out the assholery.

Open to those that have been verified 4 or 5 times..

Mine would be out in the country a large estate. I'd get dermot bannon to build it for me with a large outdoor hot tub that holds 10 plus me. And a rodeo bull for lady's only and a ride on lawnmower raceing track. At the door the dress code would be speedos for the men and the lady's in body stockings. Once in there would be a long wide bar for dancing on. (Free bar by the way) €20 entry to cover pj the dj and pat the chef. Plenty of large comfy dfs sofas and upstairs with rooms to live out every fantasy's even a 747 on the roof for the mile high club type thingy. Oh and blue pills wipes condoms lube's towels bog roll are all supplied. Now just to run it past the bank manager

Aha, the fantasy...well, with experience in running a swingers club...verify by phone chat, with female partner. Start early in the evening,Meet and greet individual couples in local hotel/ bar, at 10 minutes intervals, escort to club, bring them to changing area and invite them to undress, change into robe, etc( this is crucial), NO free bar,..and have very large jacuzzi, sauna, dark room, pvc, massage room, play room. The usual supplies, ..leave phones at the door, and consider photocopying passport, ID, etc( all the top French clubs do this) good music, I wouldn't offer food.Have super staff who DONT play with the guests.
