Hi all, our NW walking group are looking for a few new members. We walk on the last Sunday of every month and it's a great way to make a few new friends. We're a mixed bunch, some of us are really fit, some of us much less so. I think it's safe to say I'm the least fit of all of us, but with help and support I have managed to haul my arse up not one, but 2 mountain paths.

Let us know when you're free, and we can talk about it then. We've got a group chat going, and it's preferable that anyone wanting to walk with us would be interested in engaging in group chat too. Our group chat opened about 3 weeks before our first walk, and when we met for the first time it was like meeting friends, not strangers.

I'd love to go on this and I know how beautiful Donegal is. However it's impossible to do anything like this since I'm not verified. So I'm wondering if anyone would be kind enough maybe have a social meet for a coffee..just to prove I'm genuine..and not some kinda weirdo.. Face pic can be sent privately also.

I already told you further up the thread that we're not currently adding more men until we get some women and couples in. I would also like to point out that any information you need is in my opening post and that you currently do not fit all the criteria.

If you took the time to read the entire post instead of insulting you would see that the idea is to get the right balance of men, women and couples.

The group is already oversubscribed with single men and like any good social needs to redress that.

It's an age filter, not a block. Why would we be asking for couples if it was just for singles. I'll send you a message, that should bypass the filters. All you had to do was say you couldn't message me because of filters, instead of saying I blocked you because I haven't.

Oh for God's sake, there is no age limit on joining the walking group. I have an age preference, and you are outside that for me, not for the walking group. Why are you being so argumentative? I have already sent you a message to bypass the filter and you have replied by message too.

Probably the best thing to do Sally is set up a NW Walking Group profile, that way you wont't get attacked for your own personal preferences!

Well no point in us joining as we be out side most age filter and your is there many over 50s that don't have a age block on just like to know don't want to be air lifted of a mountain by 118
