Does fab become an addiction after a while?

I log on in case I'm missing something but I'm not usually as it's the same old stuff all the time lately lol.

I agree, I'm not even too pushed to meet anyone but log on daily ha. It's like that with most social media sites for me though

Here's the deal...

You log onto FAB when you're bored

...after a while you log off out of boredom

...only to log on 10 minutes later because you're bored

... Fab life!

Nothing on the planet is addictive so you can’t get addicted to fab lol. Some people have addictive personalities and when one of their basic needs isn’t been met they try fill it with something else so if you think you’re getting addicted to fab maybe you should look at your basic needs and see what one isn’t been met and figure out a healthier way of fulfilling it than through a swing site

My basic sexual need is not being met

Therefore I am on fab to try and fulfil that need

Catch 22

Just trying to help, people don’t pay enough attention to their mental health and really question themselves as to why they’re here and doing this

Its the same effect as what facebook does to us.

That dopamine hit we get when we see a notification on out profile just seems to be the hook! Tough to shake it lol
