Hi all, just wondering if any of you fabbers have a sex room at home?

I have an extra spare room in the house and am thinking of turning it into one. Any advice or ideas greatly welcomed.

Do you find it much use? I werent sure if i set up one would i use it much or just at the beginning and get bored of it. Love the thoughts of one gives things a kinky twist
