It happens. At least it was cancelled before you got there. I sat for an hour for one guy. Never messaged or texted. Blocked him. Few months later he set up another profile and messaged me.

Op it happens whether ur here or on another site.

Sometimes a very genuine reason .sometimes not.

And sometimes ur left waiting for someone to arrive thats not going to turn up

At least the person mailed you.

We have also had the displeasure of being stood up, was meant to meet at a hotel and had been messaging steamy hot stuff up to the point, just as we were going to head we sent a message and got ghosted by the fella. Its a horrible experience but one you learn by. The excitement is fun but not to get too excited until you are with the person. Happens to the best of us- onto the next lad!

I promise nothing to someone i havent met before.a social drink is what it is a drink and a chat.for whatever reason they didnt turn up im not really concerned. Their wont be a second chance

Jesus wasn’t expecting to get that much attention on this seems like there’s a lot this going on in fab which is dispointing really as some of us are here to have a bit of banter

Fab needs some kinda way other then Verifications to sort this kind of messing out its not really fair to anyone if you have traveled or paid for a hotel and then they decide not to show weekend or night ruined

Fab should think of something like possibly star ratings on meets could possibly help this situation only a taught by myself anyways

If it's a no show with no cancellation, you can report them.

In you're case at least she had the courtesy to let you know although rather late.

Star rating would be just another veri system. There are many ways to find out if someone is genuine and turns up, you just have to be creative and make use of your brain.

Women get cancelled on all the time . I remember one particularly bad time when I had 6/7 meets in a row not turn up or stop answering messages or cancel very very last minute . True for some its about the Fantasy ... those with low self esteem probably love the attention but the actual meet is just a step too far

That has got to knock you ... personally i would never be setting up two people for a meet ... 1st person that agreed to meet is it ...if others really want to meet we can arrange another mutually agreeable time ... its nit on to drop one in favour of another

Jeez tell me about it. It has only happened me once in over 5 years and it does knock your self esteem for a while especially when the meet goes ahead but he can't wait to leave you the next morning.

And tell you a load of lies and sh*t when you ask why lol.

But its a does make you choose wiser and trust me there are a LOT of nice guys on the site.

Happened a few times at least u were told.Went on a bit of a journey twice.Learned a lesson.No contact no given so should have known.Other not verified.Could have been there but could not be sure.
