Any other runners struggling out there. Between the heat and hayfever I'm getting nothing done. Any suggestions or advise from the wise people here ??

Early mornings or after 10pm are the only times I’ve been able to do anything this week... worth noting too that when you feel thirsty in this weather, it’s already too late, need to hydrate like a mad man.. good luck with it..

Beconase nasal spray is keeping me human.

I know it’s not the same, but go to your local gym and get your run in, indoors. No need to battle with the screeching heat and possible sun cream in your eyes.

I've been doing mine at 10pm, sun is setting and it's cool enough by then. Still warm but bearable

I leave it late in the evening 9 or 10 for the next 2 days - evenings are going to be very warm

Try swimming instead or run early in the morning or late in evening when its cooler
