Flicking through the TV tonight and caught a few minutes of a music programme on TG4.

I put half a bottle in the lasagna, just as a mental note to myself to know what to have with it

The kids love it

PS - for the PC brigade, I slow bake the meat ragu for 3hrs before layering it into the lasagna, so the alcohol is completely gone
