Over-invite by about a quarter, people do drop out on the day.

Have a clear cut-off time for entry (e.g. 10pm).

Be clear on any party rules particularly on open/close door policy on the bedrooms.

Double up on mattress protectors (particularly if you’re renting!) and have lots of bin bags.

Make sure there’s lots of condoms, lube, tissue.

Most of all, it’s your party so have a great night!

Hand pick who’d you’d like to attend. Keep it small and keep it simple. Expect a third of them to pull out, literally, last minute.

Set down rules etc

Not to much drink

Rules on open / closed doors etc

And apart from that enjoy yourselves

Definitely pick your guests wisely. You will have tons of men who want to go your reserve list will have a reserve list lol

If you are posting on the forum give a rough idea of area but nothing specific. Be prepared for a lot of dropouts, over inviting is best! Even we’ll verified people will just not show up!

Have your rules and stick to them! Have a deadline for responses. And don’t give details of the location till the morning of the party. Some people wait till they get where it’s on and then dropout

It’s good fun organising but it does take a lot of work! Especially picking the right people
