Take a roadtrip to Kenmare, via Ladies View. It’s not that far. Amazing drive plus there’s loads of cool places to eat. Jams, Purple Heather, Packies, The Park Hotel and tonnes more.

We're heading that way in July ourselves, down the wild Atlantic way, the ring of Kerry then up to Enniskillen, into Northern Ireland to the giant's causeway and across to Scotland.

Hoping to find some scintillating company along the road too

It's years since I was down there but always remember Kenmare hotel one of the hotels owned bye CIE . It was 5 star then not sure if it's still around but the food was nice there .

If heading from Tralee to Dingle take a detour via Castlegregory ... visit Natterjacks for great food & music .
