........ work wonders! I did loads of physical work in recent month and skipped exercising because I thought I did enough just trough work. It came to a point I was in agony every evening with heavy legs and pain. I went to the gp and underwent couple of tests to see if there's anything wrong with me. Fortunately all came back negative and yesterday I spoke to a wise man I very much adore which happens to be my father and he told me to go back to exercise. So I did today morning, it was hard and my legs felt very tired afterwards and I thought first I made it worse. But coming to the evening I feel like newborn, I'm dancing while just two days I could barely move in the evening.

So here what I learned, take your me time and exercise. And watch this space and mind your cocks because doghunter is planning a comeback!

I don't do jogging. I gave that one up a few years ago, I always experienced it as torture. There's plenty of other sports.

Good going ladies! DH I dislocated my shoulder last year and developed inflammation of the suprasinatus ( aka bloody sore shoulder).... I had physio, painkillers, accupuncture....then I joined my frien ( reluctantly) at her gym classes and I couldn't believe the difference that exercise made to my injury

It's one of thee biggest reasons we have so many people complaining of back pain in western culture. We're not exercising, our muscles are weak and it has disastrous consequences for us. Although I do exercise and I fucked up my back too haha

I've heard of double jointed but I just don't believe that. Your back? Sur your cock would have to be at least 18". You're only joking us!

Fair play Jilly and DogHunter, you go girls!!!

It's a great thing for the blues exercise, I've suffered from the same kind of stuff in the past and although it wasn't physical exercise that got me through it anytime I'm exercising reguraly the blues stay away

Not to be confused with the music, I like that sound, ha

Tullamore

Exercise is brilliant. Gets sweat flowing, blood flowing and it certainly does enhances hormones. I wish I could do a Scottish accent as they'd say

"It gives you a pep in your step and s tilt in your kilt"

I was in constant pain with my back until I got to the point where I was sick of it and a bit fed up. Plus paying for physio seemed a waste. Joined the gym and since then, no pain. It strengthened my back so much, I no longer go the gym but do classes instead and keep active as much as I can

Well, some time ago I decided to do something as although I was fit, I felt 'stiff' - no pun intended.

Yoga three times a week is brilliant.

People underestimate the power of regular Yoga in addition to your workout routine
