I met a guy before with a scar going from his mouth to his ear.

I knew he was trouble but I since found out that that's done to mark them for being sneaky fu*kers.

I (Mr) have one on my forehead, over my left eye. (4 stitches) I have had it since I was four, I chewed the hands of my older brothers Boba Fett and he smashed my head of our bunkbed. I've had it since as long as I can remember so never had any insecurities about it. Still surprised when people I've known for years say "What happened to your head, did someone scratch You?" When I've tell then I've had this scar since I was four, they say they've never noticed it before.

Men dig scars on women in my experience, I've got quite a distinctive one down my back and I've only ever gotten compliments

I've a scar under my eyebrow, three to the back of my head and one small scar between my thumb and index finger on my left hand from a steak knife.

I'm sure over the next 50 years I'll pick up a few more but honestly can't say anyone has said anything about them.

I have 2 large scars n one small one, one from the top of my abs to my belly button, one done my upper right arm and one small one on my left hip. Ive never got anything but compliments over them. Women like them in my opinion

Scars are part of us with a story to tell, some are more visable then others but don't make anyone less attractive. Spent years with a man who has one so i wouldn't be judgmental

I have one from an op last year going from my belly button to just below the top of my thong, it is fairly prominent.

It is something that I am conscience of, all be it I am trying not to leave it bother me.

Some people have said it doesn't bother them, which is always good to hear S (wife)

I'm fairly scarred mentally from some of the pics on Fab!

Physically, i've quiet a few around the body. A story behind them all. Scars don't bother me.

I'm hartened to hear all the stories and experiences. I too believe that they make us stronger. Anyone that has a scar to the mind, I believe that when you share or speak to someone about them that this begins the healing process. As Busby would say.... It's good to talk.

It's a part of you and a story in itself but as a lady I am too very self critical and often only see the bad parts of my body not the good part. As they say beauty is in the eye if the beholder x
