Choose your guests carefully..ask them privately if they would be interested rather than in open room or you'll be inundated. Hotel room most popular place if you can't accom..

if you go for guys without such experience, most will not show up on the night, so you'll be better of inviting 3 times more to what you need and not telling them it's that many you invited. If by some miracle, too many show up, you will send home those you actually don't fancy that much after interacting in person.

If you want 10 guys, you'll need to invite around 30... Lads are flaky as hell and will bail if they find something else to do that night. They are as bad as MF couples in that regard.

I have been involved twice in Dublin - first was poor as some of the guys couldn't manage it - second was good
