Quick question to the ladies in here. What do you look for in a guy, a good profile pict or good profile info about yourselves etc. This probably has been discussed before so I'm sorry if it has been. Not on the forums very often . Any advice welcome , guys are welcome to comment too

A variety of pics and a medium length bio written in intelligible English is always a good start.
