I can honestly say that I've never had a holiday where I've totally never had to think of work or personal family issues. My Hubby can switch off.

Just prepare everything before you go. Whatever business you're in let everyone know you'll be on holidays and won't be contactable until you're back and use a separate phone and don't log onto emails. Just get someone to stand in for you. Family wise again chat with your family and let them know your worries and tell them not to bug you with minor things while you're gone. You need to be more selfish in a way.

It can be very hard to relax especially when it's your business . I gave up worrying it gets you nowhere just enjoy your hols
