How far can you run non stop? Fair play to all those who took part in Darkness in to Light... you never know when it might come in handy

Yes a fantastic event well done everyone. I've done an ultramarathon , 50 miles , 2 years ago.

A friend of mine did a Spartathon in 31 degrees in Greece 250km non stop!!

Running is great for the mind. Helps you focus and get through the negative thoughts.
