A shout to all the DIY’ers

I’m going to paint the hall stairs and landing this weekend and I’d like to have a few tunes on in the background so I don’t get bored. Whistle while you work, that type of thing.

Anyone recommend a cheap DAB radio that’s easy to conceal so I don’t spill any paint on it?

Anyway, smart phone in a ziplock bag worked well last time I had to paint a room.

If you've got a smartphone, download an app called simple radio . Plays any radiostation from across the world that streams online. Doesnt use much data or battery . Choice of stations almost endless.

If you don't want paint splashes on the radio, surely you could plug it in a room and leave the door open.
