It all depends on the situation or mood. Depends. I have kissed with just lips and it has been very good and sensual. Also kissed someone who would dart her tongue into my mouth, circle around my tongue rapidly, back out and then repeat. Weird and put me off altogether, to the point where I actually said it to her later.
