Started mindfulness last year when wasn’t able to sleep, find it brilliant for clearing the head and relaxing. A good walk in the fresh air too helps xx

I find a quiet spot and think about the utter vastness of the universe and how insignificant I am and how it owes me nothing. I am nothing and will return to nothing. So I'll exist on my terms and the everything else can go fuck itself. Which in my own small way makes me powerful

Maybe a bit weird but works for me
