Trashiest mid-week clubs/pubs in Dublin

I'm in Dublin next week, work days only unfortunately Tues/Wed. What are the best pubs/clubs to go to in the city for flirting, banter and drinking mid-week? Or I'll just end up in Temple Bar with all the other tourists.
