Managed to actually orgasm tonight just using the showerhead

Now I know why ladies love it.

Ok there was a little hand stimulation to begin but then hand was restricted to holding balls down and foreskin back and tight so I could direct shower stream over and back across frenulum.

Yes you might have a point there, the hot water is the tricky bit, I've no power shower, and I'd say this will take a while, so imagine your pussy gets prickling and you're close to cuming and SPLASH! only cold water left.
