Well first meeting in a public place

But I'm assuming you mean location as in county. That'll take some math and calculations. You have to see how many women are on the site from what areas then calculate the number of men. Divide that by 4 add the number of women with that answer then.....

Yeah I've no idea. Let's just say Dublin or Galway, maybe Cork.

At the intersection of a busy road with public building you can enter on each corner.

Tell them you are in building A but will meet them outside, then go into building B and watch for them.

You can verify they are real before meeting them.
