Maybe I am missing the point entirely but were I a doctor and had someone wanting to see me for these reasons I would not be very happy treating that individual ...... maybe were he to make his reasons known upon meeting his female physician and asking her whether or not she was comfortable treating him then it would be ok. At no point did he ask whether anyone knew of a female doctor on here..... instead he asked if anyone knew of any female doctors in that particular region ..... now, by him sayingbthat he left it open to interpretation...... no assuming anything here. Look both words up in the dictionary and you will see a marked difference between them.
Yes, I agree with you 100% if he is looking for a female doc ON HERE but he didn't ask that .... did he?! A fantasy/role play is all ok if BOTH parties are getting their kicks from it ..... but I did not interpret as that.
