"Weight loss isn't as easy as eating less food. Food is addictive and some is toxic. Then there is lifetime of habit's. Weight loss is about exercise and changing those habit's. Learning which foods are good and which are not. Its all about lifestyle changes." Which foods are good! Got the Tom Kerridge book and made his one layer lasagna today. Bastard! I am a personal trainer and have worked individually with many clients. The route to success the correct information to start with, the will to succeed and support from wherever you can find it. I wish all here success with their goals and please if anyone wishes any help please feel free to ask me.. | |||
