Apparently this is not essential any more with newer tech batteries. For faster charging, turn on airplane mode or turn phone off completely. They also say that the newer batteries should not be let go down to 0% any more, so I guess it depends on the age of your phone." new phone. read somewhere to charge a phone to 100 % and back to 0 until it switches off once a month. dunno how true that is. when you usually get a phone there is about 30 odd % battery and I dunno are you supposed to charge it or let it run out | |||

I don't believe you need to do the 0% every month. I don't and my Motorola is at least 2yrs old now and still lasts for 2 days if I'm not Fabbing, though I can't recall the last time that happened | |||
