BI female friend

I have a friend of mine who’s from limerick, young 19 year old who is bi and looking to play with more girls recently, she’s not on this site and don’t think she would join but any other suggestion how she might meet more bi/gay women?

Is she a college student? Maybe join some LGBT clubs or Girl Crew type sites. Obviously they aren't aimed at sex but she seems hesitant to go right to these type of sites. Maybe just meeting more people in general.

If she's not out as Bi she may not be ready to go that far. I'd say that's a big step. I know I'm worried about being recognized on here. She'd probably have similar concerns if she's not out, or just curious.

Exactly she’s not out hence why’s she’s struggling to find anyway, have suggested tinder to her but even that can be kind of scarce apperently
