I've been doing circuit classes for over a year now 4 times a week eat healthy mon-friday then usually blow out on junk food and alcohol every weekend lol also signed up to do the full marathon this year and have done my 3rd tough mudder aswell and I still smoke 20-30 cigarettes a day so I think the circuit classes must be working lol

Two days a week weight training - healthy eating and no alcohol except weekends, 10000 steps a day and one 5-10km run a week

Weirdly I enjoy it

Just finished a 5k a day challenge which was exhausting. Now I'm going to rest for a few days then I'd like 3 runs a week and a gym session. I've lost 12lbs in January and I want to continue this on

This has done so much for my wellbeing and for my own positive mental health. So many moaning about January but I've ended this month with a huge smile on my face ... I've also had amazing sex too

Weight training 4-5 days a week. Still haven't started any cardio so my fitness would be crap even though I look in shape haha I eat clean enough but have a treat almost everyday and takeaway the weekends. Haven't drank alcohol in 5-6 weeks and won't for about 5-6 months.

I started back in gym three days weights a week and do two runs a week, 5k or 6k aiming to move up to 10K. Eating well, cut out loads of gluten, dairy and sugar. Dark chocolate for a treat. Not much beer. It’s doing my head and body good

Canoe regularly, hiking, adventure off road motorbiking amongst other outdoor activities. Careful with what I put into me and plenty of fresh air.

For me welbeing is a way of life not just a mental approach.

Rather strict diet. Loads of squats, bench press and few other exercises. 3 days a week. Muscles are growing nicely but still need to see how to get those abs out from underneath the belly fat. Alcohol is the last thing I need to drop to see even better results.

No, heard something on radio a while back about, you'll never guess so I have to tell you, Americans who are now doing tickling exercise classes. Apparently everyone leaves on a high and I'm sure some need a change of underwear

Laughing yoga is something a touch more Fab like and involves two or more participants and not a lot of clothing. It's when the laughing starts that's key to the success of the session though
