Hi myself and partner heading Kilkenny this weekend can anyone tell me if there is anywhere good to go out nightclub ect

Kilkenny, but Dublin is more fun

Left bank is also good, and if you're early and want some pub grub, can't beat Paris Texas.

Just avoid Lanigan's and Pegasus.

It's a hotel,nightclub open in Saturday & Sunday night,Morrison s also a good spot for late drink

Agree left bank is a good spot and can't beat Paris Texas for food but I would class it higher than pub grub

And if in doubt, we have a nice canal. Pop to Dunne's and pick up a couple plastic bottles of cider and you're sorted.

Kilkenny/ Dublin

I would avoid Langton, full of old farmers and school kids. Smell of dung in the front bar is stink. Morrissons is a basement packed to the gills. More hassle than its worth.

Brogans is pretty good, left bank of late drinks.. there's alway a band in ryans on friary street. Grast little bar also the blue bar and Tynans on the bridge. Cleers also is a good bar.billy byrnes for food and Paris Texas. Lunch in the hibernian hotel and the left bank are good. The left bank is the only place of any worth for a late night. There's a bar upstairs in the hibernian also for late drinks..it'll be quiet till 12.30.. enjoy kilkenny
