"You don't have to keep doing it but ur teeht will be a bit numb after using it we a sleep over night but u also can leave in in fr 3 hours in the day but that a pain and they really do whiting ur teeth just feel I bit numb. your teeth do not get more sensitive frm using whiting frm ur dentist now I'm talking about !!!..." I beg to differ... depending on the type of teeth you have and the method of whitening used can depend on the sensitivity afterwards... | |||
