You would want to be mad paying for tv, when you can get it for free through other devices...

Android boxes or even a laptop running through your Tele.

I ain't all that bothered about tv, have a free to air box.

I run the laptop through the Tele and van stream any tv programmes or movies I like.

So that does me...

Dunboyne & Dublin

OP if you already have a satellite dish pointed at Sky, just get a Freesat box. You'll get 200+ UK channels, along with a lot more. Trust me, you won't have enough time to watch everything on it. Get one with a Saorview tuner, if you don't have that already in TV, you'll have the majority of Irish and UK TV worth watching, with the exception of the Sky channels.

Otherwise investigate IPTV. Seems to be a great option but, now that they've pretty much killed off the Android/Kodi boxes, you can be fairly sure they will go after them next, so it may be short lived.

I'm legit with Saorview TV and Freesat so no fear of that changing in the near future. The Netflix subscription will top up any further viewing you need, or the occasional"download"
