If adults are consenting and enjoy each others company and aren't harming anybody then it isn't really anybody else's business. C and I are spreading fun and laughter and putting smiles on people's faces. I don't see anything wrong with that. I was single for a long long time because I knew what I wanted from a relationship and I knew I could never be vanilla. And I was always honest about that with women o was dating as I would never lead someone on. I was willing to hold out for as long as it took to meet a partner willing to accept me the way I am and perhaps with a similar mindset.
