There is no cure, stay at home to avoid spreading infection, keep hydrated, take paracetamol and ibuprofen to relieve symptoms.

I ended up in hospital the other day with suspected pneumonia but thankfully it wasn't and was diagnosed with a viral infection/flu... and that's exactly what I was prescribed paracetamol and ibrufen...

It's a horrible dose and wish anyone suffering with it a speedy recovery..

How shocking is that making light of scientificly proven illness that has serious effects no only on mens health but also on the economy tis offering chicken broth and damp cloth to wipe our brow ye should be not taking the piss
