How long does it take to get a fake profile down. Especially one usong a real picture against the will of the peraon in that picture

If you've reported it it usually doesn't take long it depends on what admins are on today..

Admin usually reacts quickly - but you need to allow at least 48 hours - the normal operating window for reports. Being a holiday time, the Admin will be busy having a life too.
