We actually self report our height smaller than we are, in the past we self reported as 5'7 and then 5'10, when measured it was 5'10 and a half. I can't really see the link between cock size and body height. Based on my experience there's no correlation whatsoever. Also your list is quite interesting. I didn't know that there are 5 Norways, 3 Germanys and Sweden and Denmark seem to exist several times too.
