As per title says I'm bloody freezing. Working outside, who says electricians have it easy

My landlord refuses to put the central on till January, I live in a basement and my apartment is tiled . It’s really really really cold . We do have a couple of dimplex heaters , but that’s it . This is where layers and layers of fat come in handy at keeping you warm !
