What to do with the little ones.

This question is not fab related. As some of you already know I'm very fond of fishing. But unfortunately I never know what to do with the little insignificant ones. So I end up throwing them back in the water.But the funny thing about all of this I'm convinced I'm catching the same little ones all the time. But I also catch a big one now and again.Any help would be appreciated.

The bait is fine because I caught some Whopper's.Its the little ones i find annoying.
