Was watching THIS MORNING with Holly and Phil earlier (...staff canteen, okay

). Anyway, one of the female guests was trying to replace calling a female teenager a "girl" with calling her a "lady"

Now, I grew up in a time and culture where men and women were called "guys" and "girls" So, if someone said "he's a good guy and she's a great girl, they're a lovely couple" that could be fully construed as a compliment

Just wondering, what's your take on all this?

So long as they start calling them "fems" as some weirdos in the swinging community do.
