Gentlemen's Wax in Dublin?

Hi

This is a question for all you clean-cut males of the smooth pubes variety... regardless of age or sexual orientation.

I've seen places advertise for men's genital waxing (one or two and strictly by appointment, offering hourly rates) and one place in Dundrum advertised by word of mouth by a former lover of mine.

But there just aren't that many places in Dublin (or the rest of Ireland for that matter).

Seeing as it is a worthwhile investment for my wax subs/bottoms to get monthly treatments, would anyone care to divulge the name and address of their gentleman's topiary esthetician? In strictest confidence of course...

There's a man that does it in Rathgar area.

He's very good. Very reasonable and very flexible with times etc.

Apparently not. First off, it's a different kind of waxing which requires more training and knowledge. Female bikini waxes can take only 30-45 min from start to finish... men's can take hours depending on how hairy he is. Also waxing a scrotum has its challenges... you don't want to damage any delicate skin... especially if they hang low.

I think urban wax on Suffolk street ( I think it's Suffolk street) do men's waxing . And they are very good , using them for years , them and Brazzillia are the best in Dublin

Waxing sounds like torture . Remember some poor guy asked the dj to play a song for him after his gf got him the bump craic and sack wax job done on him . I can still feel his pain .

I trim with electric trimmer and shave the more private areas with s razor . No complaints as yet !

Lads... it's not THAT bad otherwise no one would do it. The way some talk it's as if a tiny amount of temporary pain is the end of the world.

Rugby players, swimmers, and other professional athletes get waxed regularly.

The trick is to find a competent beautician. My ex found a very good one in Dundrum.

Also... not to put too fine a point on it but using a RAZOR next to your nethers can't possibly be fun.

And... ball itch? Those three-day growths can't be fun for you... just sayin'...

There is a guy on Dame Street (google it) and I can attest that he is excellent. Been seeing him for years and he is very well established. Does all kinds of waxing procedures & treatments for men. For those lads curious...yeah its painful.....but the sensation after a day or two is fantastic. The ladies seem to like the effects also

I spoke to my beautician about it. She used to offer gentleman's waxes until a certain type started asking her for something not on offer on the menu.

"Was it a blow job?" says I, fearing the worst.

"No!" she says, "They wanted more pain!"
