I know this comes up a lot

As a newbie I made the mistake of sending a FR to a fabber ( a man) who pulled me up on it ... rightly so.

I had not spoken to the guy and was put in my place ... lesson lernt

What r others opinions ?

You were put in your place...??? Send as many friend requests as you want, don't mind him ....this is not golf you're playing...with no talk on the green ...be here for your own entertainment...not anyone elses...our only go to rule...

I can appreciate that, from the point of view of ladies receiving the fr from males, to be honest when I read your message initially I thought this guy maybe playing his cards here, im sure now having read this post that he is genuine, and probably has genuine on his profile he was obviously trying to guide you in a positive way.

I don't accept them from people I've never chatted to, and if we've chatted a bit and they've got no friends only pics to swap, I don't see the need to accept a request then either, unless it's someone I hope to meet.

I don't get many since I got rid of my friends only photos. Those I've never met that do send them I just leave sit there.

I don't have a send me a friend request and I'll block your arse policy, but I notice a lot do write that on their profiles.

Hardly ever send them anymore..dont place much value in it anyway, i chat people i am friendly with regardless of whether we have friended each other and at the same time have the odd one on my friends list i never ever chat to....

If you're trying to get to the top of the hot pics, then we'd fully recommend accepting all of your friend requests.

We personally won't accept or send any FR's without first exchanging at least a few messages
