hey all

ok lucky me i have a few meets lined up next few days and its looking like two in one day! not used to this much fun and wanna make sure i keep rising to the occasion

so any tips or advice??

Is this a "Wow look at me with 2 meets in a day" thread??

If genuinely looking for advice then my advice would be don't do 2...... were it me I would much prefer to give my all to one lady and not be keeping one eye on the next meet......maybe I am old fashioned though.

Just hope they don't see this thread, might end up not having as many as you hope.

Try not to rush things along and make sure your relaxed, might be better to try and reschedule one of those meets for another day.

Always find if I am not on edge and not relaxed, things don't go as well as planned.

Having the extra pressure of 2 meets on the same day, might be more of a curse...

Wear sunscreen.

If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long-term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience. I will dispense this advice now.

I think it's best you concentrate on one meet, rearrange 2nd meet for another day.

You don't want your meet to be disappointed if you can't preform
