As a crisp..cut thinly and quickly deep fried. Seasoned with salt ...not what you'd call healthy but healthier than the normal crisps

Love sweet potato. Always use one to thicken my soups and love them chipped or cubed, sprinkle of flour, salt, pepper and parsley and oven baked, cook as any oven chip. Washed not peeled if you want a rustic chip, peeled if having them cubed. Yummy with a garlic dip.

Roasted... With honey garlic black pepper and salt.

Sweet potato soup is a great alternative to pumpkin soup.

Sweet potato french fries...yum yum

Remember they cook much quicker than standard spuds. I prefer over plain suds any day. They actually have a taste

I add the garlic powder and paprika as well but I use the 1 cal spray oil now instead of the olive oil. I find they are not as soggy.

I like them done as chips, dusted with Cajun spice and baked in the oven, great with coleslaw or a homemade garlic mayo
