Is forum posting a bad idea for guys?

Dunboyne & Dublin

Just been carousing a few of the Irish ladies verifications.

The majority of them are from Fabbers I don't recognise.

Leads me to questions:

1. Are they real? I've never seen these Fabbers before.

2. Is forum posting a bad thing? Do women see forum posters as a turn off? Why?

By definition, any response to this is almost null and void!

Dear Op

Of course the ladies verifications are real

Just because you don’t recognise them does not mean anything

Some people are more private than others

If you look at my profile I’m a relative newbie but in fact have been a Fab member on and off for 9 years.

Ive only just started posting in the forums but have always read them

And No it wouldn’t put me off if a man posts here, why would it??

Same as everything else, for some it is, for others it isn't.

If someone is posting on the forum and being openly spiteful I'm sure the ladies make profile notes based on how they come across.

On the other hand some women will make contact with forum users based on how they behave on the forums initially or are more willing to reply to a username they recognise from the forums.

Forum isn't a bad thing

Gives him/her a idea of whom they like to and not to meet

But yes some threads that go up would turn me off meeting someone

To be fair forums have been my guardian angel

Have had a few Fellas lie to me by personal message only to caught out on forums

Alot of people that spend most of their time on the forum's rarely meet.

The ones that post on nearly every thread and put up silly, look at me threads are only here for the attention they get. They're obviously not getting much attention in their lives outside FAB and the forum's make them feel important.

I think it's a good indication that a guy is likely a social sort able to hold a conversation . Unless a man posts crude stuff and shows himself up to be a selfish look at my fabulous cock type

I don't agree with your view on people who spend time on the forums rarely meet. I've actually met some people from the forums that I probably wouldn't have noticed or they wouldn't have noticed me.

It's also a place to get invites to M&G , parties etc. I think you get to know people better by their posts.

Surely we have a lot more going on in our lives than FAB to make us feel important. I know I do.

Only a small percentage post on the forum but a bigger percentage reads them. However some can't be bothered with the forum at all and some are not even aware that it exists. All my veris are from non forum posters but that's just by sheer chance and I can reassure you they're all real.

If there is such thing that it's bad for a man to post, you could apply the same to women.

How would you know how often someone meets? Not every meet is reflected in a verification, quite the opposite I'd say. Besides does it matter how often someone meets?

I would be a fairly regular poster on the forum, relatively new here, and I would consider it an extension of my personality, what ya see is what ya get, warts and all, so to speak, I wouldn't spend much time cruising the rest of fab, I prefer to get to know people, have the banter and meet nice peeps through the forum, at least when I meet people at socials and clubs, it doesn't take much to break the ice.

I dispute your interpretation of the phrase "fairly regular".

That's exactly what the forums is about....and the end point is meeting people.
