Arrive clean and smelling nice.... trigger her sense of smell...the endorphins start to work. Sweat like fuck with her or you're not doing your job. Then shower together.... up to you what happens there but leave sweet smelling again.

Omit the shower with outdoor fun.... unless she's washed you all over...

Oh yes!

I love the smell of the lads in the gym that are lifting. If they’re all muscles pumped I find it hard to keep my eyes to myself.

There’s one guy in the gym that makes me want to barf I don’t know what the deal is he stinks.

I like to work up a sweat doing horizontal cardio.

I wouldn't be up for that after a heavy gym session. If I was I would be disappointed with my workout.

There's a difference between sweat and BO. BO = boke. Fresh sweat isn't too bad but stale sweat = yuck. You have to shower first, nothing like holding someone who smells nice, equally working up a sweat together you don't smell it (unless you come back into the room and smell sex!), it's a bit like garlic, if both had had it you don't smell it but if only one has then it's awful
