I am coming from the couples side and single male as had both experiences if its the couples fantasy and they pick a guy u let him know beforehand what u are looking for from the meet does your partner want to watch u play with the guy ? If you don't mind me saying your post would seem to imply that you don't have much if any experience in a ffm scenario, a very important piece of information I have picked up here from similar threads... is that females are not here for your pleasure alone.

If it's a girl or guy joining ye don't make them feel like a performing monkey. They are there for their enjoyment as well as yours. Maybe meet before for a coffee and a chat about your rules and their rules. If the chemistry is right between all 3 it will happy naturally once in the bedroom, there are no rules generally who makes the first move, from our experience it just happens and flows nicely once your in the bedroom both in FFM and MMF scenarios
