Bike to work scheme has been huge for cycling the mental health benefits can't be ignored.

Technically a 200 year old fad

Dead right though. I broke my ankle last year (not from skiing) and had to drive around dublin for six months . Complete waste of time. Cycling gets you there exactly at the time you want with zero stress.

Yeah unlucky me, it was my fault having the ass out into the bus lane and the grumpy bus driver wasn't my taste. The back wheel didn't survive and I went straight to the Brazen Head for a pint.

I had an identical incident on Marlborough Street while cycling to meet friends.

The bike was mangled so I ordered myself a pint in the Confession Box and told them to meet me there

Last time I cycled was years ago my mates bike was piss d*unk and destroyed the thing lol . Might go get myself one be nice go on cycle down by howth on the rare days we have some sun lol

I ride everyday.... got a dutch transport bike for in town and around for trips to the bank, supermarket & my workshop...that is when I'm just a bloke on a bike and then I have several road bikes (only ride one at once of course) for when I become a Mamil Lycra Lout...

That's averaging 40 miles a day over the month. 2 hours a day if you have a decent pace.where do you find the time.must leave no time for fab
